Hi, I’m Akash Verma, creator of Webcamclone. I have 8 years experience of running technology businesses. Designed, developed deployed & marketed products and services spanning Deep Learning, GANs based image-processing software, CMS software network, AR VR apps, robotic software & machines. I am passionate about creating innovative and user-friendly solutions that can make a positive impact on people’s lives.
My Story
I started Webcamclone as a side project to solve a problem that I faced during the pandemic. I had to juggle between work and family, and sometimes it was hard to attend all the online meetings without interruptions. I wanted a way to replace my live feed with a clone video of myself that would look natural and realistic. I also wanted to have fun and prank my friends and colleagues with some hilarious clone videos.

That’s how Webcamclone was born. It is a free software that allows you to make a clone video of yourself and replace your live feed with it during video teleconferencing. You can use this software with Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, and other video teleconferencing programs. You can switch between live feed and virtual feed with a single click, record a clone video during the call itself, and enjoy seamless fast transitions that make it impossible to detect.
